Abby Bakos 

Attorney Abby Bakos is well-known in the legal community for her integrity and the superior representation she provides to each one of her clients. Since beginning her career over a decade ago, Ms. Bakos has stood firm in her dedication to providing high quality, honest legal services and diligent representation to each client she serves. 

​

For ten years, Ms. Bakos has worked as a federal civil rights litigator and trial attorney acting as lead counsel on several high-profile cases. In addition to civil litigation, Ms. Bakos' practice areas include real estate law, trusts and estates, and commercial law. 

​

While attending law school, Ms. Bakos was on The Dean’s List: an annual honorary award given to students who finish in the top third of their class. Ms. Bakos also obtained several Cali awards for achieving the highest grades and was invited onto law review, a scholarly journal, following her 1L year. 

​

In addition to practicing law, Ms. Bakos also teaches legal writing and civil litigation courses at a non-profit college in Chicago.  

​

Ms. Bakos is currently licensed to practice law in Illinois and Arizona and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois, and the Bar for the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also a member of the Naperville Chamber of Commerce.
